Trauma/PTSD
Have you experienced a potentially life changing event such as an accident, natural disaster, severe health issue, violence or abuse (physical, sexual or emotional)?

When you think of the event do you experience physical sensations that you can't control such as tension, increased heart rate, rapid or shallow breathing, tightness in your chest?

Individuals can experience trauma due to being exposed to or dealing with others' trauma. It can also develop from accumulated stressors such as unstable or stressful work environments, financial issues, being bullied or living in an unhealthy environment.
